Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Meer application and the meer.means.ai website (the “Service”) operated by Means LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service

Meer is a Mac-to-iOS screen streaming application with built-in SSH terminal capabilities. The Service operates over your local network and does not require an account or subscription.
Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to access any systems you connect to via the SSH terminal feature.
Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Means LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content

Meer does not collect, store, or transmit your content. All screen streaming and terminal sessions occur locally on your network. You retain all rights to any content you access through the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Means LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Network Security

You acknowledge that the screen streaming feature transmits your Mac display over your local network. You are responsible for the security of your local network. We recommend using Meer only on trusted, secured networks.
SSH Access

The SSH terminal feature connects to systems using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for the security of your SSH credentials and for any actions taken through SSH sessions established via the Service.
Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
